Patch 8.3 Season 4 - What to Do During the Week of January 28th
It's Mythic Week in Season 4 of Battle for Azeroth with the first Season 4 Corrupted Weekly Chests becoming available, Mythic Ny'alotha and a new Legendary Cloak rank! In addition, the Rank 2 reputation Essence will now be available, end-of-dungeon and end-of-PvP rewards will be increased to Item Level 465 and the WoD Timewalking quest should be awarding Heroic raid gear!

Upcoming Weekly Chests Will Contain a Corrupted Item (Except Trinkets)
On January 28th (NA) and January 29th (EU), the first Season 4 Mythic+ and PvP Weekly Chests will become available, offering item level 475 gear at the upper end. These chests are special in Season 4, as they will always drop a piece of Corrupted Gear, unless your Weekly Chest contains a Trinket as Trinkets cannot Corrupt.

Patch 8.3 Hotfixes for January 27th, 2020 - Spirit Drinker Fix, Trinket Tuning, Corruption in PvP Nerf
Blizzard has released hotfixes for today including a fix for the bugged Spirit Drinkers, buffs to many Season 4 Trinkets and nerfs to Corruption in PvP. One of the trinket changes includes a way to prevent the levitation effect of the Wrathion Trinket!

Upcoming Changes on the Weekly Reset - Blizzard Confirms Trinkets Cannot Corrupt
Blizzard has posted the upcoming changes to Season 4 including Mythic Ny'alotha, guaranteed Corrupted Gear from Weekly Chests (except for Trinkets) and increased Item Level from end-of-dungeon and end-of-game gear.

Echoing Void Appears Nerfed in PvP Arenas
From testing, the Echoing Void Corruption effect appears to have been hotfixed in PvP to deal about 75% less damage in Arenas.
Edit: We've also received some reports that Twilight Devastation has been nerfed in Arenas as well.

Mogu Assault Will Change to Mantid Assault at 8pm CEST for EU
The Mogu Assault on EU will flip to the Mantid Assault at 8pm CEST, removing the ability to farm certain mounts, events and rares. In addition, new daily quests and events will appear with only half a day to complete them before the reset.

Assault Daily Quests Now Award More Reputation and Coalescing Visions
With last night's Weekly Reset on EU and this morning's Weekly Reset on NA, the Assault daily quests now award 66% more reputation and 400% more Coalescing Visions! Patch 8.3 Season 4 - What to Do On Season 4 Launch Day & During the Week
Season 4 of Battle for Azeroth launches on January 21st (NA), 22nd (EU) with the Ny'alotha raid, the new Awakened Mythic+ Affix, and a new PvP season becoming available. Within these systems, gear will be dropping at a higher Item Level, all Season 4 relevant content can now drop Corrupted Gear and Profession gear should actually become available.
