In the most recent update to the Burning Crusade Classic Beta, Blizzard has included an entirely new starting quest chain for boosted Level 58 characters. The quest chain introduces the player to class trainers, how to train a new ability, how to apply talent points, and the location of the innkeeper, the bank, and the guild master.

Today's Burning Crusade Classic update added some new items, Sealed Packages, that were not part of vanilla or TBC. We're unsure what they are used for currently, just that they are meant to be delivered to townspeople in various cities.

Blizzard is adjusting how world buffs work in Classic Era WoW via the Chronoboon Displacer, an item that can take a snapshot of your world buffs so you can use them at a later time. Ideally, this should reduce the large amounts of players who log out when not raiding to preserve all of their world buffs.
