I hope it's CG and not in-game cinematic
Some of the narrative surrounding major lore characters should effectively write themselves.Jaina and Arthas for example, Arthas and Kael'thas.I'm half expecting Arthas to turn up and give us an assist in saving / freeing Anduin from the Jailer, which will result in his later interaction with Jaina in Oribos.
i am going to cry if that happens

IT'S HAPPENING! The reunion we've all been waiting for!
But that is not his mom, no? Some of them didn't even have a son. It is a combination of endless drakas all combined in death... fuc*** parallel universes....
Draka: Go'el.. He survived...? My wolf cub. 'looks to the sky' Durotan. He MADE IT. He actually made it.
I am looking forward to that reunion... well, I'm more looking forward to our reunion! Garrosh is going to give us the biggest "I freakin' told you" look. S'gonna be great lolWe should give him on over to The Accuser after that. I mean, if she can bring Kael'thas back down from the loony rafters, maybe she can work with Garrosh?
if draka is in maldraxus, where the heck is durotan then? what happend when they die in shadowlands?
How about they just don't. They already made a point about how people in the Shadowlands just give up on caring about stuff that came before, Draka wouldn't even know he is her child as she didn't expect him to live after she was assassinated and it honestly serves no narrative purpose especially with how they keep trying to retire Thrall. What can we expect anyway with Blizzard's current writers? "Hello (Orc word for mother)." "I'm proud you're alive (orc word for son), why are you in the realms of death?." "Because you didn't do your job and guard the safety of the Shadowlands from the Jailer's forces." "Well you suck at being Warchief, a (orc word for father) and as an advocate for peace.""I missed you (Orc word for mother).""I barely even know who you are but okay. See you never again after the Shadowlands get sealed off." The Garrosh regret thing has some narrative value to at least to finally put the topic to bed and stop bringing it up after they had already settled it in WoD with their fight. But other than that it's basically digging up the dead horse in preparation to beat it again.
You are just playing with my feels, Golden. After seeing Uther flying away from Oribos without meeting Jaina (just two walls ahead), I have no hope of ANY other encounter I wanted to see. Uther deserves to know Jaina survived the scourge... u.uWe have a lot of nice ppl to "see again"... Dutoran, Taretha, Orgrim, Caerne, Rhea, Runas the Shamed......Btw ppl must accept Arthas CHOSE to turn 'evil' (looks like Anduin is MC'ed for now).*It will be completely out of character Arthas returning as hero and having a "love to remember" with Jaina. Sometimes I think that some WoW players are more "widows" of Arthas than Jaina herself, lolHow would be Arthas Redemption*important edit: garrosh fans should LISTEN to the writers on this video.
lul, sounds like even danuser doesn't remember his terrible reasoning behind AU and the whole "rope of versions" of a character... or w.e that terrible explanation was. Talking about Draka like she's just main universe draka when his rope AU explanation contradicts that
The adventurer has done so much for Draka at this point, it doesn't make any sense if we haven't told Thrall in Oribos "Hey, by the way, your mom is in Maldraxxus and she is very powerful there."
Personally, I want to see Thrall have legitimate doubts regarding the Horde and its future. Between the actions of both Garrosh and Sylvanas and the repercussions that followed, it would make sense for him to question his own beliefs and ensure history won't believe itself, even if it means doing things he'd normally wouldn't do.I'm not suggesting he'd go full tyrant, but I'd like to see him take a more stricter direction to ensure the Horde doesn't dishonor itself, and be less forgiving to those who stray far. Given Sylvanas' actions, he'd also probably take his frustrations out on the Forsaken in some form or another, even contemplate whether or not he should've brought them into the Horde in the first place. And of course the guilt he'd feel for all the destruction caused may affect his own judgment and even his will to fight. In the movie Days of Future Past, Young Xavier makes contact with his older self, sees the future and, for a moment, says Magneto was Right. I want to see Thrall have a similar moment, cause I find it really unrealisitic to still be optimistic after everything that's happened.
