Not only is the art awesome but the humor in the comic and the one that says Pity you are not a dragon shows great humor. I love the gnomes sitting down and hugging and the two (what I take to be druids) sitting and sharing a moment are also great (sorry not too good with the words to describe how great they are...coming from one who still draws stick-men for his grandson). Anyhow the best one is of the flying stallion IMO. Keep up the great work you'll knock 'em dead at Blizzard I am sure of it. Can't wait to see how your doing in 5 years either.
I always look forward to these Artist's Corners; love seeing WoW-related things in various art types and styles.Out of the pictures shown from Formbextron, I really love the piece with the two feral druids! The star/galaxy effect looks really nice.
OH MY GOD! I love her style and I specially love the colouring on her work! Very talented lady, amazing
The standing murlock before that boy with hearthstone card looks amazingly sweet <333333
I love the playfulness of your art pieces! You understand the characters well, and I just adore Sylvanas and Anduin trading gifts! <3
The gift comics strips are great, and the murlok is adorable.
I love how each picture absolutely radiates affection and love. From Anduin and Sylvanas giving each other gifts, the feral druids, to Pepe and Ganymede. I just feel warm and happy looking at Formbextron's work. Especially that picture of Invincible (i have no idea why though).
Oh I love the comics I remember seeing them on reddit nice to see them here on wowhead! Esp with that fancy Greymane x3
Those gnomes and Pepe are really cute, and that dragon reminds me of watching The Sword and the Stone Disney movie as a kid. Great stuff <3
I absolutely love the expression on the faces in the comics, as well as the shading!
I really enjoy the gift pictures, specially the one where Sylvanas sends Genn a collar and a muzzle. Chuckled for a while :)
need... more... comic...
Is that Azuregos I see? He's my favourite dragon from WoW. You realy captured his spirit and personality with that one.I loved the bit in the AQ scepter chain where his spirit lists off what is needed to make the item to summon the minnow that he turned invisible and into a massive shark which he fed his shard of the scepter to. At the end the player goes "So you want me to do all this and potentially incur the wrath of Neptulon. Okay, should I do it in a leap year, while dancing naked during an eclypse?" and his answer is simply "Nah. You can keep your clothes on." Azuregos is the best. Also those comics are hilarious. Love the style, very whimsical yet somehow professional-looking and expressive. The linework is incredible, the colours vibrant, shading on point and the expressions just crack me up. I should strive to improve my drawings more so I can get to this level. Overall I like the lined work the best. Although the painted pieces are mostly of subjects I care a bit less about so that might just be me being biased.P.S. I have an Autographed Painting of Anduin stashed on AD Alliance if you want it, Formbextron.
Wow, I love this! Those Gnomes are too cute and go Anduin! FOR THE ALLIANCE!
While I usually prefer Chibi art or similar, I really love the comic! Funny and well-drawn! I could see myself owning a Bex-drawn portrait of my Alliance Druid, Kaelani, one day!
The comics were very cool and inspirational to push forward with my own art and projects. Thank you Bex for all the great work you do, please keep it up.
I love the way she's able to capture facial expressions. Really makes the art come alive!
such beautiful and emotion-filled artwork. i liked every one of these, but the one with the child and the murloc... that one pulls my heart strings.
