Can even check it now on my iPhone :D. Nice work!
Just one thing about panning on the new model viewer: ctrl+drag doesn't work any more, but right-click-drag seems to do it.
I'm noticing occasional (sometimes it works, but usually doesn't) issues with pants and gloves textures not being loaded. Might be exclusive to Tauren (m&f)
Can you give an example/screenshot? Thanks!
Ok, I am somewhat certain it is related to the 3D view in the Compare tool.I can more or less reliably reproduce it:
I suspect this may be cache--I opened up a bunch of sets and I experienced a few glitches when first opening a transmog set via View 3D, but couldn't get it to glitch via Compare or reopening it on the transmog set page. I'll see if we get more reports though.
Yeah it's a minor issue, and fiddling around often usually sometimes fixes it, so hey :)
There is one "problem" with this WebGL compared to the old Flash one that I've noticed. I don't know if it's something I need to configure somewhere or if it's just how it works. The old Flash modelviewer always used a cache, it apparently saved the files it loaded to the computer so it would load them faster next time, at least during one browser session. For example, if I would view different sets on a blood elf male model, that model would only be loaded once, then it would appear instantly when viewing the next set. The new WebGL modelviewer reloads everything every single time, even the character model. It would be great if there's some way to improve that.
Very nice guys! The only thing that I didnt like is that you guys reminded me that I still dont have Ashes lmao QQ
I'm having a fairly odd issue with the WebGL model viewer (while using Google Chrome 40.0.2214.115 m). If I go a character's profile and start changing their gear/transmog, the page only reloads the model for 3-4 times (i.e. I can change three or four pieces of gear) before the tab more or less freezes for some reason. I can close the tab or refresh it, although the latter will take several minutes before anything happens.//Update: turns out that the tab starts working if I wait several minutes, but it only lets me change one more pieces before it freezes again for a while. I'd suspect that it was related to my computer's specs if the same didn't happen on both my laptop and desktop PC. :|
Hi all!One thing I've noticed: The "command drag" (Mac) does not work, at least not in safari. Perhaps I need to try Firefox to test.On another note, as a feature request, Is there any way to have a pause button on the animation, instead of an infinite loop? Like the original Armory character view used to have. (Sure wish they'd bring that back too!)Edit: Just tried FF, no dice...
