That was fast. o___o
I can't wait anymore D:
"Sudden Death causes auto-attack hits to have a 10% chance to make the next Execute free and useable on any target, regardless of health level. These Executes do not consume additional Rage to deal additional damage."So from 150k crits to 13k crits. Neat. May I suggest finding a median number? 35-50k maybe?
Why remove deep wounds from dps warriors?
Nice DK changes for Blood. Hope that haste increase helps a bit with the downtime atm.
Way to ruin Kil'Jaedens Cunning, there was nothing wrong with it. Why are they ruining so many abilities that need no alteration...
Good to see Amplify Magic making a return. It was a spell that I had forgotten about, but would be excellent to cast as a minor CD. I'm glad that it lost the drawback it previously had from way back when (also amplified magic damage taken, not just healing), but I'm not convinced it's really powerful enough in its current incarnation. I'd like to see either the duration increased to about 12 seconds or the healing boost increased to about 20%. That would put it more in line with other minor CDs like Barkskin or Divine Protection. I think having a 2-minute CD instead of a 1-minute CD is already enough of a drawback to justify it being in a non-tanking class' hands.
So I'm taking bets, when will they announce that burst of speed is up to 50 energy?
What is the word on the heirloom tab for WoD? Are we still getting it, if so when?
eh that putting 3 druid forms into one kind of irks me considering I loved using it to goof off.
Why do you post the whole patch notes every time there's an update to them? The changes should be enough imo, or if you truly want to include the full patch notes, please collapse them so if someone wants to read the entire thing again (for who knows what reason since the changes will already be mentioned above) they can click on it and it expands. Right now, it makes it incredibly unwieldy to browse the news page. More often than not I've just said screw it and left the page instead of scrolling down for ages to see what's the next news item.
I'm not normally once to "fuss" but, I find it curious to say the least that for Priests, Hymn of Hope has been removed (raid mana regen), and they've removed Shadowfiends mana regen, but they put a tiny mana regen on Mindbender (which is usually chosen as a talent to change your fiend into a mindbender), so are we going to be forced to take the Mindbender on that tier talent, since we have no other mana regen ability for during combat? I understand wanting to force healers to be more mana efficient, I get that, I'm a raider from Classic, mana management is nothing new to me, but I've also had to do a lot of "healing through stupid", and that's just flat out expensive, it's hard to type something and keep someone alive, I'm rather skilled at it, (lots of practice), but most just can't. I am curious why the mana regen norking is taking place so heavily, it's not like Hymn of Hope was an instant cast mana regen or something, it's a channeled spell which means it's use has to be timed well, and from what I've seen, many priests don't even realize they have it, but being a priest and a raid lead, I'm aware of it's CD constantly. Just seems like overkill to me, and I've been through all of the expansions' retooling, I know it's painful, so I'm pretty "ok" with everything else, but to take away both just seems excessive, especially since bender will have a chance at mana regen I'm just afraid we're going to be forced into taking that talent, and for all their trying to reduce the "min/max" mentalities, (which, isn't going to happen, ever, sorry, some folks just can't see past min/maxing), they are setting priests up to have to take something or be penalized, potentially at the cost of their raid.
The more I read about changes in WOD, the more I'm hating WOD. They're making the game easier and claiming it's "for the best". It's just turning the game into four buttons to make everyone feel happy they don't have to learn the game. I'm all for having a hard MMO people actually have to learn, but removing things that make the game harder isn't the way to go.
