As I am fairly new to the game, just since MOP and this will be my first expansion. When it is discussed that characters at specific levels will automatically learn certain glyphs, does this mean that this change will be retroactive for all characters already leveled? Or are we simply not be able to farm old raids for pets and mounts when wod hits.

I cant find anything on this.. also the question risses with some ppl if the old outland will be still there and can we still go there
