I'm sensing a theme with these changes...
So now these casting slows are worthless. They're making the same mistake they did back in Cataclysm when they reduced Mortal Strike and other similar reduced healing effects to 10%. It's unnecessary.
I like to see some background logic to the casting slow nerfs. This is odd considering they've been this way since what .. LK days? Why the nerf now?
The complaints that casting in PvP is weak and overly defensible are numerous. I'm sure this is just one step of potentially several designed to make casting stronger in PvP. It does seem like only a partial step toward that goal, as slowing effects aren't even the main reason casting is hazardous, but it's a step.
will there be any changes to Hex, Sheep, Freezing Trap, etc?

Holy wow. It's a bit late in the expansion to do these changes eh? Maybe just a prep for 5.5?
They may as well have just removed the debuffs. Nobody is going to use them now. They're useless.
It doesn't seem to be mentioned in the list, but has anyone else noticed the change to 15min cooldown from 10min cooldown on Crystal of Insanity?
