No go Rambo!Firenix - Auchindoun
1. Farm the Graveyard.2. Focus down healers if you can.3. Try to stay with other people if at all possible, and gank those who are alone.4. If you the flag, RUN LIKE HELL!5. If all else fails, call everyone in warsong a noob and /afk.Mage WiseUse your cd's for burst on flag carriers or the 1v2 situations.Eolg - Archimonde
Defense is overrated. You can get your flag back while you have their flag, because the flag carriers will pass eachother when walking back to their base. So yeah, stick in a group of 10 people.Undaddy, Stormscale eu
If you're the flag carrier, in your base, and your team has all died trying to protect you, run to your graveyard outside and wait. It may temporarily risk not capping the flag if the enemies drop it, but if they ressurect in time, your team will be able to defend you twice for the price of one.Values-Cho'gall
If you're a warrior and carrying the flag and there's some action in the middle, run to your graveyard and intervene up someone who just ressed.
I normally don't do premades. But i do have a tactic. I usually play on the Horde side.First off a rogue and a warrior(doesn't matter really, but i like to use these two, with me as a prot warrior) go on the right side of the map, when we see enemies rogue stealths and i charge and take the melee target, rogue usually takes the caster/ranged. Upon killing those(if any, sometimes you have a free pass to the alliance base) we continue our march to the alliance base. While we do this our remaining teammates intercept the enemy at the middle-left pushing them as far to the left as they can. When me and the rogue are returning a healer(and a DPS, depends on what your team can spare) intercepts us and heals(if theres a DPS he intercepts the enemies that might be chasing us). And we just go home, although sometimes it doesn't work :). WoW is a flexible game so no tactic is fool-proof, every tactic depends mainly on the teamplay (especially in Battlegrounds like WSG) and communication (and ofc the player's skillz :)). So this is my tactic i hope you like it.Name:Shadowks (Ragnaros EU), currently retired.
Dokandre, Frostmane EUif you're carrying the flag, dont get too rushy and make a distance from your group. they are there to protect you, let them do their jobs.also, dont be afraid to die. if you're escorting a FC and see a big group of enemies going towards the FC, just do anything to keep them from killing or even touching him. even if that means you have to die
-If you see someone with better mobility or survivability then you (a.k.a. Feral Druid with his 4 pieces pvp set) feel free to give him the flag if it's safe to do so or let him steal it from the other camp.-If you are a Feral Druid, get your 4 set pvp bonus! It add another turbo to the already best WSG class!-Sometimes you don't have to kill the healer, you just have to slow him down enough so that he's out of range from the flag carrier, and if the flag carrier wait or backtrack for his healer then you just successfully slow him down as well.-If both team have the flag and you're just waiting for your team to get back your flag before you can cap, STAY ALERT AND READY TO CAP FAST! too many times I have seen a flag getting stolen back right after we kill the flag carrier just because our flag carrier wasn't fast enough to cap it.
Nightshape - Terenas,Use all the damn CC you got in an FC vs FC midfight, if the enemy only has one healer you may realy prefer CCing it and zerging your damage on the EFC. Also, if you happen not to have any healers, and you're a hybrid, don't be afraid to launch a heal on your FC.
