: is a reward for killing on normal mode ( or ). If you kill Garrosh on Heroic but not Normal, you will be awarded and your UI will imply that you also got the Normal FoS and mount, but this is a bug. You must specifically kill on normal-mode to get this mount.

Heirlooms that currently cost Justice Points (click here for a list) will be temporarily unavailable for purchase in 6.0.2 from old Justice Points vendors. (On the beta, they were temporarily spotted selling these same heirlooms for gold.) They will be available once again after Warlords of Draenor has launched in a future patch. You can buy them now for Justice Points or after the prepatch for Darkmoon Tickets or Champion Seals. Other heirlooms like ones from guild vendors or Honor are unaffected.

Several heirlooms from Justice Points vendors do not have Darkmoon Tickets or Champion Seals equivalents--, , . Blizzard has clarified that they are adding these to DMF vendors.

The Brawler's Guild heirlooms will not be obtainable in the prepatch.

The legendary questline is going away in Warlords of Draenor. You will not be able to start the chain in the pre-patch, but you will be able to complete it between the prepatch and Warlords launch if you already have part of the questline complete. When Warlords launches on November 13th, you can no longer progress on the questline. For more details, check out our legendary questline guide.

When getting the Gold achievement for completing a particular instance, you will get a teleport spell to that dungeon. All teleport spells are on a shared 8 hour cooldown and reset when a Challenge Mode has been successfully completed.

The teleport rewards are pretty convenient with Have Group Will Travel gone. Here's a list below:

The Fire Spirit becomes a Dead Fire Spirit, with flavor text reading "Too bad you didn't release it...".

The Overgrown Lilypad becomes a Wilted Lilypad with flavor text reading "Climate change has dried up this specimen.".

Warlocks can complete a special quest chain to unlock , which turns many spells green.

The quest series begins with looting from or buying it on the AH.

The quest series culminates in fighting in . This is a challenging fight and many users have left great comments on the boss page.

While the ability to get green fire is not going away, the special title Of The Black Harvest is being added for players who achieved it before 6.0.

Challenge Modes

Mistwalker is a title rewarded to players who at some point in Mists of Pandaria, held the realm best time for clearing a Challenge Mode.

The Undaunted is for players who have achieved --completing all nine instances at Bronze level or higher.

: This special achievement is retroactively awarded to players who have completed the encounter.

: This achievement is retroactively awarded to players who at some point in Mists of Pandaria, held the realm best time for clearing a Challenge Mode.

With the UBRS revamp, is becoming a Legacy achievement. However, the WoD achievement also rewards the Jenkins title. is also a Legacy achievement as well.

Brawler's Guild: All Brawler's Guild achievements are marked as Season 1 for completing them before 6.0. A new wave of achievements is granted if you complete them after 6.0.

Challenge Modes: All Challenger, Bronze, Silver, and Gold achievements are being moved to the Legacy category.

Proving Grounds: All achievements for Bronze-Endless 30 for all roles at 90 as well as and .

Raids: for defeating without anyone dying is being moved to an unobtainable Feat of Strength--with higher gear levels, this is pretty easy to do. The Ahead of the Curve and Cutting Edge achievements for are also unobtainable.

Valor Points: This currency is being removed in WoD, so all the achievement to collect points are converted.

The Toy Box is being added in 6.0. This system allows you store all of your vanity items in an account-wide collection, which frees up tons of bag space and means you don't have to collect the same cool item on every single character. We've put together a guide on how to obtain all of these items, which is updated with all new additions every beta build.

: This mount is not going away, but its droprate will be severely nerfed in Warlords (not 6.0). Currently it is a guaranteed drop from on heroic difficulty (and Mythic in 6.0).

Raid difficulties for are being renamed. Flex is becoming Normal, Normal is becoming Heroic, and Heroic is becoming Mythic. The new Normal and Heroic scale between 10-30 players, while Mythic is fixed at 20 players. The loot does not change in spite of the renaming--the most challenging raid difficulty in 5.4 drops the same loot as the most challenging raid difficulty in 6.0. In 6.0 until Warlords launch, Garrosh heirlooms have a 100% chance to drop for your spec if you do not have one yet. When Warlords of Draenor hits on November 13th though, will stop dropping heirlooms.

The stat squish is coming to items in 6.0, but this will not decrease player power or make it harder to complete outdoor/legacy content. In addition, several stats are being removed (hit, expertise, dodge, parry) and replaced with other stats like haste, mastery, critical strike, and bonus armor. We've put together a guide on the stat squish and new stats in 6.0.

There is a pre launch event for Warlords of Draenor hitting in 6.0! There are several known rewards: , Iron Vanguard title, battle pet.
