Datamined Quest Text for 7.3.5 PTR Build 25600 (Spoilers)
We have datamined several quests added on the 7.3.5 PTR, including those related to the Wound in the World and possibly Void Elves...as well as a poop quest.

7.3.5 PTR - New Zone and Dungeon Scaling Levels
During BlizzCon 2017, Blizzard shared their plan to improve the overall leveling experience using Zone Scaling in old world zones. Now that the 7.3.5 PTR is live, we can see how these level bands work.
The quests in each zone will scale up to a cap. However, the minimum level for each zone varies from zone to zone and you'll need to achieve a certain level before starting certain zones. In addition, they are now letting you do certain expansions in a different order if you choose.

7.3.5 PTR - Stormwind and Orgrimmar Allied Race Embassies and Achievements
At BlizzCon 2017,
RedShirtGuy noticed some changes
to Stormwind and Orgrimmar which added Embassies to the capital cities. These embassies have been added to the PTR as well as achievements to unlock two Allied Races for each faction.

7.3.5 PTR - Get 4 Extra Backpack Slots for Attaching an Authenticator
The 7.3.5 PTR has just gone live and if you've attached an Authenticator to your account, one of the first things you'll notice is you have 4 extra Bag slots in your base bag!
The upgrade to the backpack will be done automatically if you have an Authenticator attached to your Battle.Net account.

Baby Tortollan Pet Named Tottle Datamined
We've discovered a new upcoming pet in the files today, a baby Tortollan named
Тортик
. We've found his base stats and his abilities, including 2 new abilities, and pet journal description.
Tortollan were first featured in Hearthstone during the Journey to Un'Goro expansion which features multiple cards with Tortollan card art. The race name of Tortollan is very similar to name
Тортолла
from Cataclysm's Mount Hyjal and could be related.
